Safeguarding
The safety and wellbeing of children, young people and vulnerable adults is at the very heart of who we are.
A culture of safety
Everyone has the right to be safe with us. Safeguarding is the responsibility of every member of our team, not just our leaders.
Trained, checked teams
Everyone working with children or vulnerable adults is recruited safely, DBS-checked and trained in our safeguarding policy before they serve.
Secure children's ministry
Children are checked in and out securely and only released to a parent or authorised adult. Medical and allergy information is handled with care and confidentiality.
Listening and acting
We take every concern seriously, respond promptly, and work openly with statutory agencies and our safeguarding partners.
