On 17th March 2019, Pastor Emmanuel & Pastor (Mrs) Omotayo Alawode were sent forth from RCCG His Presence Assembly, Manchester, to plant RCCG His Presence Parish Newcastle. What began with just their family of four has grown steadily under their leadership, rooted in a shared passion for soul winning and kingdom advancement. Pastor Emmanuel's journey in Ministry began at a young age, accompanying his mother on RCCG church-planting and LetsGoAFishing Evangelical outreaches. That early passion for souls carried into his teenage years through Campus Evangelism and later flourished at University, where he served two consecutive terms as Exco of the Redeemed Christian Fellowship (RCF). His time leading the RCF Campus Bible Study Team further deepened his calling to ministry. He went on to serve as Youth Pastor at RCCG His Presence Assembly, Manchester, faithfully shepherding young people until he was sent forth with his wife to plant the work in Newcastle. His enduring passion for young people and souls has since led him to serve as a Trustee and Governor on several boards supporting communities. Alongside his ministry, Pastor Emmanuel holds a Master's degree in Information Security and has spent over 15 years consulting across both the private and public sectors in the UK. He is widely regarded as a dedicated and trusted community leader. Pastor Omotayo is a passionate speaker, transformational leader, and founder of the Woman Arise and Shine Network (WAS Network), a ministry raising and empowering women to walk in their God-given purpose. Her heart for evangelism was first stirred on campus during village outreaches, and further deepened during her NYSC service year, where she carried the gospel into rural communities. On relocating to Manchester from London, she prayerfully and faithfully led the Choir Department until her sendforth with her husband to Newcastle. She holds a Master's degree in Leadership and brings over a decade of experience in financial services, uniquely bridging ministry and marketplace wisdom. She also serves as a Counselor, Charity trustee, and speaker, inspiring others toward both spiritual and professional growth.
